This week I have finals, and then the ACT.
Because of all the crazy studying and schoolwork I have to do I haven't been able to come on DA that much.

I posted some digital art, but my skills are still rusty.

So, to end the torture - more photos!

My sister and I went over to Devil's Lake State Park and I brought my new camera along!

Oh happy day! I took around 400 pictures, and am now sorting through them all to see which ones will be posted.

I've decided to split them in to two groups. 1) A mini-ish "photoshoot" of my sister and 2) Nature shots.
I'm putting a twist on them, compared to my usual photos. My goal while sorting is to find the best that don't need to be edited. It's not that I'm too lazy (well... that's maybe 10% of it), it's that I want to show the natural beauty. After all, I think the whole point of a nature shot is to show how great nature is - so why ruin that aspect with editing? The most I'm letting myself do is rotating the picture, and cropping.

My sisters photos will also be unedited.

I've decided that probably a while from now I'll come back and edit some for kicks and giggles. What can I say? I love to edit!


The pictures will hopefully be up soon - I'm trying to be quick! I still have to do some studying and then go to work... this weekend is going by too quickly!
